I've been happy with Aspen Dental in tbe past. The front desk workers are very nice, but today I had one of the worst experiences and had the misfortune to come in contact with the Oral surgeon Dr. Xue at the Utica, NY office. Dr. Xue was very demeaning and pompous. When I tried to explain that my appointment had been rescheduled multiple times by Aspen because of them booking the wrong day when a surgeon wasn't at the office or booking me at the wrong office. my husband went to get two teeth removed Saturday and it's right now is in the emergency room because they would not see him after he has green yellowish stuff in his mouth and is in extreme pain I would never recommend Aspen Dental in North Utica I swear the woman dentist there is horrible she would not even take one minute of her time to see him until Saturday which he's in extreme pain and infection today

Beware. When I originally purchased my dentures I was told that by purchasing an upgraded set that they would be a warranty to repair or replace for 3 years. I went there for a repair or replace and they told me it is just for repair. So, I said repair them. They said they can't repair them. I would have to purchase a new set. No reason was given as to why they couldn't repair them. Be very watchful of their billing procedures.

At first I was giving them a good review, everyone was nice . I had a tooth pull on Tuesday and on my paper work they said if you get a socket call immediately, I called on Friday and talk to a reception who said they can see me in two week, I was like that is not what my paper said, she came back on and said sorry but that is all I can do😡 I just can’t believe that the dentist don’t work together 😡 nothing against the reception it is not her fault, but no i would not have any major work done , the dentist don’t work tog... read more

Not our routine dentist office but husband had an emergency extraction and our office was closed. First off I asked how long it would take so I could run a quick errand. I was told that he was scheduled for an hour. I could wait inside with him until he went back and then I had to sit in my car and they would call me when he was done. I understand you can't wait inside with this covid and understand that part. Would not reccomend. Right from the time I walked in the receptionist staff all looked and sounded like they hated their lives. Dentist spent all of about 3 min in the exam room, clicked through the xrays, said the tooth was fractured and then sent the oral surgeon in. He poked around in mouth for a couple seconds then went “Ok so what do you want to do?” which made me think “Well you’re the doctor.
