My visit was the worst customer service I have ever received!!!! They had no concern for the pain and tooth problem... All they cared about is ripping me off.. They wanted 3000.00 up front before they even put me at ease with my pain!!! I even have insurance,,, When I called my Insurance provide before I went,,, they said I was covered 100% because it was a emergency! But no not ASPEN DENTAL!!!! Stay far away from these people!!!! the service was fast the rest was fair till the Doctor she just looked at Xray and never looked in my mouth said i needed all my teeth out and dentures they just want to sell dentures and push on it hard sell for the bank that ownes them
So the other day I broke my dentures eating. I called Aspen dental and was assured by customer service between the financing or aspens own billing practice they should be able to work with me. I went to Aspen Dental hoping to get them replaced, I was advised they could repair the old ones because they were older and thinner they would probably break again soon, so the best option would be to replace them OK so I sit down at the desk to see about replacing them and I am not willing to pay for basic dentures that only have a... read more

I had appointment for a cleaning at one and I didn't get started with it until like 1:45 and didn't end up leaving until 2:45, everyone is very friendly and very good and professional I was just disappointed because i had to wait for that long of a time...
