My visits to Aspen Dental have been trying at best. Options for a positive outcome were never discussed. The dentist in charge came in and did a 10 minute review and off she went. Unfortunately I found that I was going to lose 3 teeth but not much more. As with any visit like this, check out was longer than the appointment. Went in to have fillings in two front teeth, came out with severely discolored fillings that covered on entire tooth. When asked to correct their mistake, I was told that I would now have to have crowns, and it would cost me an additional $480. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, unless of course you like being over charged to fix a mistake THEY made!
My husband root canal failed and they told him they can retreat it in 2 months. So basically live with the pain for 2 months so you can dump more money into this tooth. Worst place ever!
My mom has been going to Aspen dental for the past 6-12 months and is VERY DISPLEASED with their services. After paying over $1000 for dentures they are CONSTANTLY cracking and needing repair. Aspen dental refuses to replace them and eventually dismissed her as a patient because of my mom's complaints. My mom's anger and disappointment with her dentures and the service she received is understandable. The dentures are supposed to be made sturdy!!! I went to get my wisdom teeth out here. It was one of the WORST experiences of my life. As I was coming off of the anesthetic, I was in tears naturally, and the oral surgeon started getting annoyed and started asking me “why I was crying” and “the procedure is over.” Then the surgeon proceeded to tell me to SHUT UP and then worse, TAP ME ON THE MOUTH WHERE HE JUST OPERATED. The staff was great. The wait time and time in exam rooms was awful. I brought my three sons who were beyond patient. We were there for a total of almost three hours.

Never had a bad experience at aspen dental north Utica. The only thing I might say is that the dentist was rushed and only spent about 2 minutes with me.
Very unhappy with my last visit to Apen Dental in North Utica. I currently have top and bottom partials. I was having an issue with my bottom partial where the metal attachment was bent an cutting into my lower lip inside my mouth. I called to see about having an adjustment done and was told i needed an X-Ray.I said i did not need an X-Ray. Friendly, but when I complained of tooth pain all the dentists seemed baffled. I also ended up waiting more than an hour for my appointment or was told I could come back in five hours. Impossible to plan out your day when you never know if they are going to honor the appointment or not.
