Office staff wrote my name on someone else's referral and gave it to me. Wrong teeth circled on it and it was written two months prior to the date of my appointment. Attempted to resolve with manager last week who was busy when I went in to pick up a new referral that I could actually use. Was told by the office manager's assistant she would have her call me. Still haven't heard back. Unethical and unprofessional.
My son went in because after having a tooth pulled at another dentist , a bone was working out and cutting his tongue. The other dentist wouldn't do anything without payment again. Aspen said it would eventually work out, but they could numb it and file it off for $600! For $2000 they would remove it! All of this up front of course. My son has no dental insurance. My entire family has been going to Aspen Dental on and off for the past five to seven years. Recently we have noticed a large turnover rate and Dr. Schaffer is not even in the building anymore which is very upsetting because he is a wonderful dentist. Very unprofessional! Took my insurance info over the phone gave me appointment for Monday even though I was in pain from a toothache. Went in early for appointment waited 40 minutes and then was told they did not accept my insurance. VERY NICE WASTE OF TIME AND STILL IN PAIN!!!
Not at all happy with our most recent visit and this family has been going there for years. My daughter was talked into buying an expensive take home item. Unfortunately I was not consulted in this decision because she is 19. She stated she felt pressured and gave in. Waiting to see if they make things right, was completely misinformed on cost, they put my husband and me on the same account which they were told not to do, I was charged 3200 just for dentures, that do not fit and I nearly chocked on food when I tried to eat, they want to try to fix them I want them to honor their money back guarantee, if your not satisfied, I am not satisfied and have been told they will redo them, I don't want them redone, just refund and go to a place that is not a rip off, the only bright spot to this p... read more
