I was so excited about going to Aspen Dental. Because I see the commercials on TV, b and it just looked soooo nice and relaxing, even though I was going to the DENTIST! Everything met my expectations, until they told me they didn't accept my insurance. Now I understand they don't accept my insurance, but I had previous problems with this insurance. Do I requested from my insurance company, a list of dental offices I could go to. After receipt of this list, I contacted Aspen Dental to ensure they worked with this insurance co... read more

Office manager is the worst told me I could not use insurance plus a coupon. So I called patient satisfaction and they told the office how to use both, after I got off the phone with patient satisfaction got a phone call from the office manager Laura who told me patient satisfaction was not the way to go and they would not do both. I hope they really don't treat their families like this.

I hope u have better care than I did!!! I went to see about my mouth & they wanted to pull three or four teeth. They took photos, but never got it reported to the insurance company right. Although the kid may have made it through just fine, I didn't. I told the dentist repeatedly that I had what was called Cyclic Leucopenia. He said it was "no problem" to operate , even though others had turned me down, stating it was too risky to do something like that. He was arrogant and ... When I first went to aspen about 2 1/2 to 3 years ago. I had a terrible time. Nothing was good. They over charge big time, and they simply didn't listen to what I was saying. So I had a bad fit and couldn't use the bottom dentures at all. I finally got upset with them and just stayed away from the place. I have sense went back to them, I felt 3,000.00 was to much to let it ride. So this second time there was a new dentist and staff. I'm very happy with the upper plate. It now fits great. But I'm still having problems with th... read more

I would give them an excellent based on the reception and care that I received on the past Saturday (Veterans Healthy Mouth Movement). They made me seem real special.......BUT I think that the problem I have is not with the staff but the "organizational promotion" in general. They boast how they would help veterans who could not afford dental insurance and had significant problems. All they did was pull a broken tooth and have me come back and go over a treatment plan that wo... See More uld cost over $10,000 (This is the sa... read more

Watch out for this place! They over charge! They quoted me $121 for my half on my son's work and when I got there, they tried charging me over $600. Not only that, they over charged me over $900 on my work. Ever since Dr. Livingston left, it is not the same! 90% all new staff...that has something to say.

I went into Aspen yesterday for their new patient exam. They listed off the things that needed done and told me how great my insurance was. After all of this they told me they wouldn't touch me teeth, not even a cleaning until I paid 2750$ out of pocket. Of course, I wasn't eligible for their "care card" plan, and can't afford over 150$ a month as a full time student anyway. Today I went to Kimball and Beecher, they got me in right away and worked with my insurance. They were incredibly welcoming and willing to work with me.... read more

As a senior citizen (67), I scheduled an appointment for Monday 2/15/16 at 5:30 PM (after work) for a checkup! X-rays, checkup, and recommendations were given to evaluate. Recommendations included (4) surface fillings, perio therapy (gum and teeth cleaning), and upper and lower dentures. Total cost of $3736.00 on one consultation worksheet. I had to ask the office/business manager for a complete breakdown of the total costs. I requested to get the surface fillings done and wo...
