I had work done almost a year ago. First I was quoted a price then they raised it. I paid in full before the work was done. l received a message I had over paid by $250 so I asked for my refund and was told it had to come from their offices. They changed it to a lower amount and again was told I had to wait. After several trips to talk about this and many phone calls, they still have my refund and at this time i have no idea how much they owe me. Was told I’d be able to get an extraction done the same day. Went in, waited an hour in extreme pain, in tears actually. They finally took me back. They did x-rays. The nurse checked my blood pressure and had me wait for the dentist. Dentist came in, barely acknowledged me or my pain. Said he can extract but since infection severe that id feel everything. The people were very nice but the prices are very high there and after my xray another part of my mouth hurts now so I really don't know about my experience I have to have a root canal did on the 6 of August I am really considering not going but don't really know yet.
After insurance, paid over $1000 for dentures for my wife that don't fit. Say there's nothing they can do without more expense!! In other words, they can't or won't make proper fitting dentures! They are a rip- off !!
I had an epiphany late last night after an emergency appointment earlier that day. The staff thought I was drug seeking....... It's understandable, my condition is hard to diagnose and that could easily be the case. I'm sure they see it often enough. My problem is that the doctor tapped on my teeth, said he couldn't help, except for a prescription for amoxicillin and a referral. Well when I made the appointment they said they took his insurance and when we got there and after the exam and everything else it turns out they don't take my husband's insurance and now we're waiting to see if they will be able to take the insurance so we still don't have any answers on where to get dentures for my husband

Aspen Dental has exceed my worst experience with a medical/dental business by ten fold! Dr. Arabi was the most arrogant unprofessional person, I had to refrain from getting out of the chair and walking out, He implied that I was making up the fact that I am allergic to novocaine, lidocaine and benzocaine. He is requiring a statement of allergy testing from my physician even though I explained to him my previous and numerous reactions which have sent me to the emergency room. My husband has thought the care he has gotten there has been very good. I went with him today and I could not wait in the office/reception area for him. The EXTREMELY strong air freshener or whatever was sooo very overpowering. I admit I am sensitive to smells but I would feel sorry for anyone with asthma or COPD. I used to take my mom there and never noticed this before. I would say something needs to be done. Phew!!!!
