Awesome Doc and assistants you will have a painless time
The wonderful people at Aspen saw me at 4:30 on a Friday!! I was a new patient sent from my doctor's office for an abscess. I was treated, had a care plan and no pain over the weekend. I'm in the middle of getting lower partial and learning to deal with an upper denture. I've meet all the Megan's there, the Doctor, the techs, office personnel...all WONDERFUL people. � I feel great about my progress, thanks to them.
Everyone is professional there, starting from the receptionist, dental assistants and Dr. Alaa! Loved and would absolutely recommend them to a friend !!
My experience with the Waterloo staff was excellent. Dr. Ala was great. His manner and reassuring style is great. I will definitely recommend he and his helpers in the future.
I hate having to go to the dentist, actually I ABHOR IT! But people like Dr. Alla and Maida have made what is usually only a painful experience one where I'm actually laughing in the office. My daughter (4) is excited for my next appointment so she can "go see her friends, and color with Halley!" I'm giving it 5 stars for the caring staff who work to make things right.
Greatest Dental Practice in Waterloo Iowa. Wonderful Alicia the office manager goes over, above, and beyond to help you. And Dr. Ala is the greatest, kinds, gentlest dentist I have ever had in my life...Believe me he removed bone from both sides of my upper moler areas and I was not asleep best thing I did not feel a thing....totally trust them and happy to be a patient there. smile emoticon.
