I had gotten my cleaning at aspen dental in waterloo, ia. And a filling. everyone there was so nice and very gentle on my teeth. Im definitly going there again smile emoticon
there lazy front desk girl made me two accounts she has no idea what she doin .there worried bout talking shit bout peep instead of there jobs .they charged my ins company twice or tried to .8 trips which for me is 45 min there an another 45 min coming bk .two sets of dentures made an they make there own dentures an both times they were buck teeth .they charge more than other places .three weeks later no refund on my dentures .I did hire lawyer an I did turn them into BBB cause see o don't give shit no computers r down three... read more
After over a year I still have lower teeth that don’t stay in and by there own admission this last week they over charged me over $1,000. I wonder how many more out there have been overcharged.
They say they accept Delta Dental but not State Delta Dental. Not in Iowa that is. MN IL maybe WI but not IA. just a $20k price tag. uh okay whatever...
I called to request an appointment to have my teeth cleaned and evaluate any other problems and/or issues. I was told, after the fact at the "end" of the appointment that they would only come up with a plan to take care of all issues and have me come back in another time for cleaning. When I left the office nothing was resolved, my teeth were had not been cleaned and I felt that it was all about money with them.
RecommendedI highly recommend anyone facing a need for dentures to check out Aspen Dental. I have had mixed results going to my regular dentist that only does an occasional denture, going to Aspen where they specialize in dentures was an amazing experience!
