All procedures have been done with minimal pain and accommodating pain management. That is the best feature. The staff are friendly enough, though don't question why they are recommending a procedure unless you want condescension and hostility in the response. After scheduling a tooth extraction, I waited over 90+ minutes past my scheduled appointment time. Get your shit together, Aspen Dental.

Terrible! Wouldn't pull two teeth unless I agreed to pay them over $12,000 dollars for all needed dental work! I can afford 2 teeth being pulled but not over $300 a month for the next 60 months! Thanks for really caring about me! That's a sarcastic statement by the way! I'm still in pain!
I will NEVER return to this office. I received a call from a collection agency for I payed bill that I had already paid. I called them and they say it was an added exam charge for that day. Unprofessional people who don't do their job correctly.
Today at Aspen Dental I witnessed a dentist at the Waterloo Crossroads Office, Belittle a young woman. Not only did he belittle and insult her he also told her she was a liar. I left. This dentist is not a professional. He was very arrogant and demeaning. Is this the kind of business you do? As I said I left and will NOT be returning. I hope others don't have to experience what this young woman did today. My rating of POOR is still rated to high,
