I contacted Aspen seeking help due to a filling/broken tooth that occurred this past week prior to my having to leave for a lengthy business trip this upcoming Weds. Although I got the call center apparently, Brittany from West Melbourne called right back and was able to get me in for a 2:00 appointment today. An hour and a half later I was called in and was told I needed to get xrays of the entire mouth (Ok, I can understand that). Not good 2 years waiting and still not happy with the treatment
This dental office doesnt deserve a star at all i spent 20,000 dollars for my hubby to have nice teeth started in march and paid up front for the treatment plan , since then we he had i believe 3 crowns fall out because the dentist let the dental asst drill on my husbands teeth which is illegal and knowing they took to much tooth down and still put the crowns on not only that we started in march 2017 and was supposed to be finished in april and was not not only that when we go to iowa and gave them the treatment plan to sta... read more
I waited over an hour for a new patient appt. When Dr Mora came in she ask me what I was there for but then immediately started talking over me telling me I needed implants and she had not even looked in my mouth yet. I pointed this out to her and she became very defensive and then dug in on the implants. I told the young lady who went over my treatment plan what happened and she was very nice and told me I could see the other dentist, Dr. Gonzalez. After reading these reviews I better look elsewhere!

Im not coming back here again. Waited for so long and the girl in the front desk didn’t say anything to us. Scheduling sucks😡😡😡. Pissed me off. My son get hungry because I picked him up after school and straight to them because my son appointment is 3:00 o’clock and I was in hurry to get in his appointment because I don’t wanna be late. SHOULD BE ZERO Stars!! When we lived in Jacksonville, we had gone to the Aspen Dental in Orange Park and found their office staff the worst, but the doctors (Dr. Park & Dr. Milton) were the Best... RecommendedDecided to visit Aspen Dental to get a "Free Consultation" and learn about their finance options as advertised on TV. All the while I'm thinking they're probably one of the most expensive practices in town and therefore the least likely to work out anything for me. I am a disabled vet and a senior subsisting on SSDI without any health insurance except that which the VA can provide.
