Aspen charged me 1400.00 just to clean 8 teeth don't go there.i neverdid get my top plate it took them 2months and never did get it righno no no no never .

Absolutely no way I’d ever go back let alone send anyone else to go through what I experienced today! Stay away!!! The screams from the back should have been my sign that I should have turned around and walked out.

Worst experience wouldn't even begin to describe it. Originally took my daughter after making an appointment in which I was told the x-rays and exam would be free. I get there to find out I was misinformed. Suddenly a free visit is money I did not plan to spend, had I been informed correctly when I asked about pricing I could have budgeted accordingly. Went last Tuesday for a 1st appt! Had X-rays performed and exam! Was advised at end of appt they would call next day for dental plan! Days went by and I called and left messages each time I called! Finally this morning after pressing NEW PATIENT I got a hold of a Donna! Clearly Could tell that I was upset with the situation was told that their system was down on Monday yesterday my response was It has no reflection On my someone could not call me or even return my phone calls! I went there a year ago and was told I need a deep cleaning and told my share would me only $225.00 after not seeing a dentist in 4-5yr. They fixed this chip on my tooth, but at the time I was having financial problems had to postpone. I called the in June almost a year later and was told I would need another exam because the old estimate was over 6 months old. Figure the new estimate for same work would be higher than the old one.
