I have ALWAYS had a WONDERFUL experience until today. The dentist is awesome, but the DA rushed me out the door while I still had a question for the dentist -- told me he was busy -- just call if you have any questions. Well, I DID have a question. I thought that was very unprofessional. If not for that incident, I'd give Aspen a 5 star rating.

Don't ever give these people your insurance card or your "FREE" evaluation all of a sudden is no longer free of course they won't tell you this at the time no you find out month later when they repeated call you looking for a Co pay for your "FREE" evaluation and they are not the cheep estate place in town to go either cause no one is ever a simple case our three options ranged in price from1500$ to 7K to say sticker shock would be an understatement. I have not been to the Dentist in 11 years and broke my dentures, I was in need of new ones and wanted them as fast as possible. I had a lot of other doctor appointments this month and needed to work them in, they had no openings at the one close to my house so I made an appointment at the one in West Melbourne (about 45 min's away) when they called to confirm my date they wanted me to be sure to come in 15 min's early even though I had all my paper work filled out. This place is the biggest rip off and the first place that I have been so upset that I literally walked out. When I went in, I notice a lot of literature on dentures, but didn't really think much of it. They took x-rays and I was examined by a dentist. As she examined my teeth, she kept saying "That tooth needs extraction, that tooth needs extraction, etc" When it was all said and done, she said I needed four extractions; never mind the main reason I came in was for a crown replacement. I had a bridge break and could not use it. I had been talked into another bridge 4 years ago by Coastal Dental but when it came in it never fit so I kept using my old bridge. I took both bridges to Aspen Dental thinking that maybe the second bridge could be adjusted to fit. Unfortunately it did not fit nor could it be adjusted. I was not charged for this office call although I was there for a good 30-45 minutes while the dentist tried to adjust the second bridge but because the metal rod could not be widened it was a lost ca... read more

I called the office and was told they accepted my daughters insurance. She took off time from work, I emailed a copy of the insurance card. She filled out the 8 page questionnaire only to be told they DIDNT accept her dental insurance after she arrived and had X-rays. Unacceptable. This should've been verified when I emailed the card. She will now go to another dentist that took the time to verify and not waste our time.
