Reinier Tejeda-Gonzalez, DDS tried to get over $7,000 from my visit in a treatment plan. He wanted to replace and re-due everything ever done in my mouth. I am a retired senior citizen. He speaks very poor english, but knows how to try and empty your bank account. They deleted items and got estimate down and still tried to get over$2,350 for a couple of Hygiene visits. Don;t even bother for your FREE exam ;and x-rays as he already has a plan to get this cost back and thousands more..BEWARE..BEWARE..BEWARE

BEWARE DISHONEST CROOKERY. These folk are money hungry!!! Trying to help my elderly mother I spent 40 mins on hold waiting to speak to someone in charge, you hear about how they have a money back guarantee and no judgement on this never ending loop. They claim to be trustworthy and for the patient, which is the exact opposite of the experience. Had to wait over an hour and half for a scheduled appointment. It was an initial appointment and it has been over two weeks and I haven't been able to schedule for cleaning. Perhaps they are just too busy

My appt was at 4:00pm and I got here 15 mins early as requested bc I’m a new patient. I have waited over an hour to be seen!! This is ridiculous. They said they had too many walk-in emergencies. They should have worked the emergencies around me.

The receptionist or the scheduler set me an appointment for 7:00am today at the Viera Location, and the location isn’t even open yet! Although she said they are very booked and the only appointment she could give me is 7:00 am! I called the number again and “they don’t know why” (she set that time & date) very UNPROFESSIONAL and disrespectful to waste peoples time! Especially when they work long hours! great way to start in a new location!

my father had an appointment today and they "squeezed" him too him the appointment was at 2:15 and be there at 2 the didn't give him papers until 2:15 then we sat there for 2 plus hours and at that pointt hey still were sure if they'd get to him and bold faced lied about cost of just an extraction to him over the phone just to ploy him to come, no I do not recommend and y'all can go to hell my father is 56 years old and your staff treated him unfairly thats considered elderly abuse and y'all should have your licenses revoked... read more

The get you into getting work done that you can’t afford and don’t really know if you, in fact, needs it. Very sneaky!
Be more patient with clients when checking out. The biggest concern should be the patient. When the hygienist cleans a minors teeth there should be follow up with the adult. A cleaning should take more than 25-20 minutes.
