Way over charging for totally unnecessary dental work. This place is run like a "puppy mill." The employees seem to be nice people, but like a lot of employees they get paid to follow instructions, not included is thinking. As I have done preciously, I went to a real dentist to find out what, if anything was in need of attention. Difference of about $10,000.
My husband was extremly screwed over by this shoddy business. Went in with a minor tooth issue that turned into him being told he would have to pull all his teeth. He had perfect;y great teeth to begin with! Horrible product and customer service ! Would not recommend this office to ANYONE
Said my husband needed over $800 worth of periodontal & gingivitis treatment, LIARS, went & got a second opinion from a hometown Dentist, not a Corporate Mill. Didn't tell new dentist anything, they said "you can tell you take good care of your teeth" Of course we knew that, my husband flosses every night, uses Pro Health Toothpaste & mouthwash, gets check ups every 6 months. RecommendedFirst visit, awesome prompt and friendly staff. Great to deal with. Second visit, arrived in time for scheduled appointment. Waited over an hour while later arrivals went in ahead of me. Been sitting in this chair for twenty minutes so far and nada zip zilch. Hmmm... Maybe I shouldn't have paid in full prior to all of this. Terrible franchise . Went to the one in Merritt Island, eight vista and still no relief. Will NEVER PAY THEM!!! May even sue. Their lab people are foreign and can't understand orders the dental team gives, or oval got their license overseas. That's what's wring in America foreigners work cheap and the product proves it,
This place is an absolute joke! they are just trying to make a buck especially from people that have no insurance. They told my husband that he needs to have 2 teeth surgically removed ( cut in half and removed due to difficulty) and then told us one thing on the phone about a payment plan and 20% off. Also told us on the phone the extraction would be 106.00 before the 20% discount. After they did the xrays and tried to book the appointment they told us it would be over $400.00 for the extractions cause they had to be surgic... read more
