I had to walk out of my appointment today 4/8/16 after waiting for half hour at the reception for a scheduled 6 months cleaning. When I asked what was going on, I was called in after the receptionist said she was going to look for my file. They then led me to the X-ray room at which point I told her I am here for a cleaning not X-rays. I was told my cleaning had to be rescheduled because I was due for X-rays. From the beginning I was comfortable with attention from the staff and Its Head Denist Patrick and his asst. ,further the hyg. Christina was very informative and polite . Ruth was a very helpful in dealing with the finc.part of the house Thank you... The same for Autumn took me right away set me up and got the ball rolling for me my denal work done ... I saw the hygienist very quickly and though I knew I had a chipped tooth she informed me I actually had three. From there I saw the dentist who informed me I needed four crowns rather unsympathetically of the cost. When I met with a person who was able to inform me about financing it took well over an hour to get most of the information. My appointment was at 2:30, I never left till 5:20 with a major question of how much money is expected and when specifically is it due. I did get much of it financed but ....
