Awful. Went in for a emergency visit because my regular dentist was closed. They wanted to do 4 or 5 other procedures, ignored what I was concerned about and there for, have to repeat yet again what I'm there for, "dentist" essentially calls me a liar about having had a filling done a few days before, and and some office manager pops in to try pushing their care plan when all I want is to have a filling looked at until I could see my normal dentist. ASPEN DENTAL SUCKS AND IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!! I AGREE WITH THE OTHERS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS AND ARE JUST IN IT FOR THE MONEY!! I AM TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW INCLUDING SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS TO STAY AWAY!!

I've never been into any Aspen Dental because their commercials are so annoying that it's really turned me off!

Aspen dental, hmmm only thing I can say is nothing nice . Went in for my husbands appointment, for a possible root canal which turned out to be infected and we missed one appointment, now he can not get treatment until he does a “ payment”. I’ve learned while being in this field YOU CNA NOT DENY TREATMENT TO ANY PATIENT BECAUSE OF PAYMENT ISSUES ESP IF THERE IS AN INFECTION! Dental community is not that big . So I WILL NOT BE REFERRING ANY ONE TO ANY OF THESE OFFICES ! They don’t care about the patients but just the money! #... read more

If you want correct fitting dentures see the dentist on south st in Holyoke. I would never recommend anything to do with Aspen Dental, I had to get other dentures made. The ones I got from Aspen Dental did not fit that day I was told to have the realign ... Are you kidding me after paying that amount of money. I wouldn't let my dog even go there. HORRIBLE AND THEY ARE A RIP OFF....

Do not come here, they lie. We set up a payment plan . But when my husband had surgery they decided he needed something else. Course he was already drugged but I was there and I asked and they assured me that it could be added to payment plan as well. They lied just sent a bill. Manager was spineless and couldn't bother to call me back. The receptionist said I could make payments. And I was making $100 to $200 monthly payments when we got a credit collection notice from them. DO NOT GO THERE. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORDS.

Haven't been to the dentist since 1995 needed a root canal, was not looking forward to it, was not happy with the wait time. Waited an hour past my appointment time with no explanation, when I went in the procedure itself went just fine. Still need more work done.
