I started to go to Aspen dental because my insurance paid for my cleanings. The place is a joke. My first visit they took X-rays and said I needed 2 root canals and six crowns for $16,000. I ignored them and went just for cleanings. Two years from my first visit I got to see the dentist again. They took X-rays and this time I needed 1 root canal and 5 crowns for $9,500. The dentist never looked in my mouth. I hope I don't have tongue cancer. I did have 1 crown done in 2 years. My temporary crown was made by some tech and my ... read more
It's unfortunate that I have to give this rating because the hygienist there is a 5 star plus for sure. The customer service is horrid. I have dental insurance and yet every time I go in there seems to be questions about my coverage. I call my insurance and instantly am informed about my coverage. I went in recently for a cleaning and X-rays. Had my X-rays and a 2 minute conversation with my dentist who made recommendations (which were never discussed when I checked out). Every time I have a emergency these guys go above and beyond to get me fast . I feel like family here. I know I’m getting the best care and decision for my mouth and teeth. I appreciate this office.
Horrid experience. Terrible customer service and lack of ownership
This has been the worth experience I have ever had at a Dental Company. This is a rating they earned ! I did full extraction top and bottom and received New dentures ,this process was painless and went well (although it was terribly expensive ) Then the problems started . Not once but twice I got blown off on appointments for my hard reline with a different excuse each time after I waited past my apt. time and got all the way to the dental chair.
