Aspen dental is an office that wishes to take all your money and you are a number! Doctor Patrick may own 7 offices, but he doesn't care about the patient! Also, the prices are crazy and front desk staff is rude! DO NOT GO THERE!!!
I don't recommend Aspen Dental. The desk help are great. When you go to the back it feel like you are on an assembly line. They personable and the doctor is very argumentative. I had a crown put in and it doesn't fit properly it doesn't match how my teeth go. The doctor said they made it to fit the partial plate. It doesn't fit my plate like my tooth did. Very unhappy...
Only out for the money. Went in for simple tooth sensitivity, and they wanted me to have about 10K worth of dental work. Went to my actual dentist two days later and I only need a simple extraction, under 1K. What a waste of time.
I would advise anyone to find another place to take care of any dental needs. I had two sets of dentures made with them. A temporary and a permanent. They claim to have a 7 year warranty. THIS IS NOT THE CASE!!! If even something so simple as one of the teeth pop out they will require you to have an “exam” to see why it came off, which of course cost money and is NOT covered on their warranty. I showed up 30 minutes early for a 3:30 appointment. They left me sitting there for an hour then told me they never got copies of my referral from the Hadley Aspen Dental and were just going to redo x-rays because they could not open the copies they received. I called their Aspen Hadley office and got the copies and back to waiting for 30 minutes. Finally at 4:30 after being there an hour and a half I told them I was done waiting and I was leaving. For the most part they are ok. I got a parcial that i love. They said they "polished" the two teeth it attaches to. My tongue said they were holes. I was reassured it wasnt holes. One tooth ended up breaking from putting the partial in and out after eating. Then i needed another crown. One crown was broken in half a few years ago when she pulled the tooth next to it. I went to aspen dental and was told I need to have a deep cleaning on my whole mouth. The dentist was less then friendly treated me indifferently and told me to go to my dr for a Ativan to help my anxiety when I came back. I was brought into an office managers office given a quote after my Insurence, was asked to give a deposit to pay for the cleaning and pushed me to apply for a credit card for the bill. We went for first-time visit to get a check up and cleaning however the dental hygienist had left for the day and we only had a check up completed. It took over 20 x-rays to tell me that my teeth are fine. The dentist “Comprehensive physical exam” is less than one minute of actual teeth and gum exam.
