I seriously love this place. After neglecting my teeth during my late teens through early twenties, by the time I arrived at Aspen Dental WB my mouth was in sad shape. Needless to say, I've had at least 6 appointments in as many months this year (ranging from extractions to fillings) - each instance being a great experience from start to finish. I've had the good fortune to treat with Doctor Brier at two Aspen locations, including Wilkes Barre, and I cannot say enough positive things about both her and her team. Each time I've seen Doctor Brier she has been straight forward and direct, telling me exactly what she felt needed to be done, whether it was good or bad. My friend originally went there to get her teeth cleaned and her wisdom pulled . The oral surgeon came in and was highly unprofessional didn’t even introduce himself . He failed to give a brief explanation of what he was getting ready to do . He asked my friend what she was there for even though ( IT WAS A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT) and just told my friend to open her mouth and stabs her with the needle . If could rate Aspen Dental, I would give it less than one star. I called and made an appointment about a very painful tooth that needed extraction. We went through the same questions you usually go through while scheduling an appointment. I asked if they accept my insurance. The lady assured me they did. Also, when you google which dental providers use my insurance, it is the first office to show up. I waited for the day of my appointment and I showed up 15 minutes early as asked.
