Aspen Dental was 3 times as much as another local dentist. Are they out of their minds ? Do you think you are 3 times as good as your competition ? They aren't.
Had an appointment scheduled, yesterday, arrived to find receptionist with both hands on chin slumped behind desk, and barely moved her lips when she said good morning!!! Excellent customer service 😡! Then to find my appt was canceled and didn’t see fit to call me! Then office manager develops an attitude! They can’t keep staff, hmm , maybe bad management?
If I could leave zero stars I would. My mouth was not even fully numbed yet Dr. Chris caused unnecessary excessive pain and damage to my tooth prior to extraction and then refused to pull it when I had a great deal of pain. He was incredibly rude, uncaring, and unprofessional and jumped straight to referring me to the oral surgeon (which would cost me an extra $700) because I cried out when he used excessive force to attempt to yank an old filling out of the tooth needing to be extracted. First of all I went in there for a minor repair to a partial they did every x-ray imaginable try to talk me into $3,500 a tooth implant and then was very rude when I told him no thank you when I got my partial back it did not fit I had to have them shape it five different times and they don't seem to get aggravated because they had to shape it I would not take my dog to them they are rude money-grubbing ass licking people
If I could give the place 0 stars I would. Their staff is not only miserable, but incompetent. I made an appointment to have my wisdom teeth removed about a month ago. I called this afternoon to confirm my appointment, and they had never scheduled my surgery. They had already taken half of my deposit for the surgery. The office manager has chosen to take their lunch break rather than reach out to the surgeon as soon as possible fix their mistake. Absolutely disgusted with your Wilkes-Barre location and will never be going back. I had a tooth extracted not even a year ago, when another tooth started acting up recently. (This was December when I went in for another appointment which they told me to schedule an extraction) So I finally had some extra cash (I’m currently unemployed with an infant son so things are tight) and I schedule an extraction which was for Thursday April 5th at 6 PM. Aspen dental is the biggest scam out there and are probaly the most unrealiable place out there. First I want to say I went there for my appt (I have insurance not assistance) recieved my outragous "quote" in the thousands.... I was in severe pain they gave me there free x-ray looked at it gave me a quote and just to get the one tooth that was killing me, visably infected, and needed to be emergency extracted after what I am about to explain or the real issue besides all this allready.
