Dr to me was unprofessional, his scrubs were wrinkled like they were pulled out of dirty laundry. He quickly ran through my mouth without asking did I have any questions. Sent hygienist is that was very nice and helpful. I believe they don't practice well there, to me it's like a stop n go. Quick to send u to billing which is outrageously priced, said my insurance didn't cover this or that and only so much of this. Asked for $6000 !! Then she dropped it down to $4000, then $2500.... Unreal it's like buying a car. Not happy a... read more

After our brief experience with Aspen Dental, I compared them to Car-Lotta Credit! Unprofessional, rude, snarky remarks.... and the line they fed my husband on what he needs done and the cost? Ha! We were looking for an office that would provide evening appointments. It’s cheaper for him to take a day off of work and go to his regular dentist! Thankfully, there were enough negative reasons to not go ahead with their “plan”. It sickens me that there are people being taken advantage of by this practice! Shame on them! (I’ve ne... read more

You people are by far the worst. Terrible dental job done. I now have to get the work re done by another dentist and still am in pain from work I had done almost 3 weeks ago. Called to speak to higher up and no one calls you back. Do not go here!! Filing complaint with better business bureau and pursuing legal action to try to get my money back.

i would never go back there again or recommend any one to go there, there prices are ridiculous, for dentures the average person can't afford them and i have good insurance, oh yea which they never got back to me about. so there customer service sucks

Well the sign in the window says "free xray and exam". I didn't even get to the exam part and the bill was $74 for the xray. Had the actually told me that I'd have walked out. The screwed me out of my money plain and simple. Then they sent in a slick talking dentist and she almost talked me into charging me more money. I should've fought it but th I didn't feel like talking because my mouth hurts. 74 dollars for an xray. GTFOOH! I just needed a tooth pulled.

I'm fifty-fifty on how I feel. I went into the WB office because of a broken tooth that finally get to the point that it was unbearable. The dentist was upfront on what work I would need, and told me she could pull the tooth out. Not an issue. Saddly, because of my allergy to Mint, they had nothing topical they could use before injecting my mouth so that I didn't feel it. They sent me to the Sales Rep before the extraction to get a full dental plan set for me (over 4K in price!!!!!), I was denied the financing option, and to... read more

I must say the experience while i was there? Was great! They were patient to my needs the wait time wasn't long, neither was making the appointment! But! Since I've been there? I called numerous times to speak to someone, and till this day? I still haven't received a call back! I've been wanting to start the job on my mouth, and I'm not getting a response!? Which is very unprofessional! I'm angry with how it's turning out

Got a same day appointment for a toothache. Two days later they extracted the tooth and I couldn't be happier with all the staff members from the desk to the chair. Finally found a good dentist that I'll be staying with.

I am very disappointed in the office in WB PA. My husband needed upper dentures and when we sat down with the financiall rep, we were given I believe 5 choices. The price ran with insurance, from $800.00 to $600.00 to $80.00. Keep in mind, he has 2 insurances, Aetna and Met Life through our employers. He had to settle for the 2nd to the cheapest upper dentures. Keep in mind, he has 2 good dental plans. What happened to the $299.00 for a full set a dentures. Such a joke. Then to make matters worse, he had his 2nd appt and was... read more
