I had an awesome time at this dentist for it to be my very 1st time and even tho i had to pay a insane price to get a tooth pull everything was OK other then the price lol and i have to say that Janelle had to be the coolest person i have ever met at a dentist office she seemed like a cool down to earth type of person i have a couple more appointments to make and hopefully i get her again thanks for pulling this aggy tooth definitely the last one to come outta my mouth
Very unprofessional had to reschedule two appointments and sat in the waiting room for over 4 hours if that is service I do not recommend them. I hope they have a competent doctor that can show up. I hope this is not the norm there and I do apologize for being harsh but it is the truth of the matter.
The dental hygienist was excellent. But scheduling was a disaster. I got reminders on cell phone, e-mail and home answering machine. I even was asked to call the office to confirm my appointment. My husband had his wisdom teeth removed in December. Before they would even schedule the appointment wee had to get a credit card from them to pay for it. Once they did the surgery (did not take all wisdom teeth out left 1) we were still charged the full amount they quoted us. Now we got a letter from his insurance that we only have to pay half of what they charged. However Aspen dental has not refunded us the money. I'm going to go on a rant here just so no one else gets taken advantage of like I did. PLEASE do not go to aspen dental if you need work done on your teeth.
