Three months out to get a filing, wrote patient services, no response, there cleaning service is terrible and they asked me if I wanted to pay for the filing now, over 3 months early, they have to be kidding, had to look around, thought I was on candid camera. They put up a good front.

Left to wait for 35 minutes, and no one bothered to let me know they were running behind. That's inexcusable. I ultimately left without being seen.
