Aspen dental was a big disappointment. The office Manager is rude and not helpful. Telling me that things were not covered by insurance when my insurance company sad yes they were and then tried to charge more then what it was. They never return phone calls....big joke Aspen dental. So.many people have told me their bad experiences.

I have not been impressed with Aspen in Williston since I started. I do not like the way teeth are cleaned. They set up appointments and then when you get there tell you that you have no appointment and twice I have gone in and the work I requested was either half done or not done because I have no patients with stupidity. I also had a bad experience with the partial they had to ad a tooth to. The first Dr chewed up the base part and now it appears to fit but time will tel.

Showed up for my 6 month cleaning and was told I was there for an evaluation. The Dentist poked around for 30 seconds (if that) and said everything looks fine. Then they said schedule your cleaning on the way out. So now my 6 month cleaning I had scheduled 6 months ago will now be a 8 1/2 month cleaning. Doesn't seem like a good way to do business. I'm looking for a new dentist now. After a couple years of the unprofessional treatment there, I'm done.

Aspen Dental needs the employees to be a better team and communicate. My Husbands appointments have been rescheduled two out of the three times he was seen. I went the doctor didn't write his recommendation for a root canal on the sheet, went to lunch, never received consultation about treatment plan, they never submitted my insurance so I recieved a bill when I should have been fully covered. Never received follow up about a treatment plan. Everytime I call I'm on hold for 10 minutes, and told me that they were booking out ... read more

If you like a dental office that reschedules you twice for an appointment, is late and unprepared for a consultation and then means to reschedule your cleaning, but never actually does... Have I got a dentist office for you. Showed up for my appointment, only to find they cancelled my appointment and decided not to let me know. Posting from the lobby as I wait for a hygienist to "squeeze me in" at the end of her shift. I'm sure it'll be a top rate cleaning.

A little disappointed. I went in August had a cleaning and it was going to be November before I could get in to have the fillings taken care. Right before my appointment they cancelled it and rescheduled the first of March. The dentist did a good job with my filling but they only allotted enough time for one. Now I have to go back againin July. The should have made two appointments for March if they weren't going to do both. Not impressed with procedures for taking care of customer.

Of 7 scheduled appointments 6 were rescheduled, over and over again, customer service sucks.

Have had very pleasant care with the Dentist and staff. Was not pleased with hygenist who I felt treated me like I was a six year old. I am 69. I told her what I thought and she apologized after a time. I would not recommend her for any service. However the male dentist and female dentist were great ! I now look forward to visits
