Thank you to the wonderful staff who helped my grandfather in a pinch when he dropped his denture. The lab techs are amazing and I would not trust my grandfathers denture with anyone else!

Still waiting for a Regional Manager to call me. I’m not going into details. My last appointment upset me so much that I can’t even put into words my overall frustration with this location. What should have finally been the happiest day for me turned into one of the worst. They have so far cost me four hours of work time and gas money and pain. They scheduled an appointment for an extraction at 4 pm, I even had the reminder card, when I showed up they told me it was for 2pm. Can’t reschedule because their oral surgeon’s last day was today. After waiting for 40 minutes in the lobby they will email me a referral to an oral surgeon. Very poor office practices and at best I got a half hearted apology.
Horrible experience!!!! I showed up 15 minutes early, as i was instructed to do, for my New Patient visit. No one was at reception, apparently they were out to lunch! The receptionists rushed back in after lunch and never said a word to me or the others in the waiting area. After another 10 minutes, I walked up to complain and was then allowed to check in. I have had several bad experiences at the East York, PA Aspen dental. A few years ago, I needed a root canal in one of my bottom molars. The dentist assured me that he could perform the root canal in the office and that there was no need to see a specialist. When I went in for the procedure, the dentist could not get all of the root out of my gums, then he broke the tooth completely. This resulted in him having to pull the tooth out completely. Worse experience. The office was listed in network with my insurance. The office verified before I scheduled they par with the insurance. When I arrived for my appointment, no one at the front desk asked for my insurance intact the dental assistant came right out and got me before I could take a seat. I was given an exorbitant amount of xrays. As a new patient I was told this is the protocol. As I was ok with that since I was new. I initially scheduled a routine appointment expecting a cleaning.
