Went there because they were close to my new address. They stated I had a bunch of cavities, scheduled 2 visits for fillings and 1 for a cleaning. They made me pay up front for the cleaning once it was scheduled. I got some work done, and had to come back due to the pain. They filed down some of my teeth to "fix my bite" and said everything looked good. I went back to my old dentist a week later, still in pain. I was prescribed amoxacillin for a nasal infection I have been taking it but it is making me nauseaus and runny stools my sister works at dhmc and told me to ask if you could call in something else. I'm sorry and I wish I could give you a better review but I just didn't have that experience. It started out ok but after the third visit it went down hill. I'm not one to complain and say dirty things about people so I will leave it at that. I still need work done so I hope things improve. I like the dentist I started out with and will give him a great review once my work is complete. Scott

WHAT A NIGHTMARE! IF I COULDTHEM A SCORE LOWER THAN ONE I WOULD GIVE THEM A MINUS 10. 9 X-RAYS ON JUST 4 TEETH. THAT IS WAY PAST EXCESSIVE. WHEN THE X-RAY TECH INQUIRED ABOUT INSURANE, IT APPEARED SHE LOADED UP ON VOLUME OF X-RAYS. I WAITED 1.5 HOURS PAST MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. THE FINAL INSULT OCCURED WHEN HE REFUSED TO PERFORM THE REQUESTED SERVICE, A SIMPLE RELINE. HE REALLY WAS ONLY INTERESTED IN THE UPSALE.HE WOULD NOT TALK ABOUT THE PRESENT EMERGERSEY IN FRONT OF HIM. The girl at the front desk wasn't very cheerful. My experience with the dentist was good this time. I will know more after the October 30th when I get two teeth out.

I walked out of this despicable office. The doctor is flat toned and lacks any sympathy. I am a Healthcare professional myself and would never make a patient feel the way he did. People are in pain and cannot function and they refuse to assist with this part because they don't make money off of it. Unless they are getting a ton of money from different procedures they will not try to help you. Stay clear of this place unless you need a simple cleaning and xraya because compassion isn't th dentistry teams strong suit.

Had to have 2 teeth out, not enough novocaine used when told not numb dentist says no hollering and gives a lecture about hollering . I am willing to try a different dentist in office. First dentist was rude, nasty guess we will see do to insuranehave to go back

I am not happy I have not been happy for a long time..I haven't had a cleaning since 2012 even though my insurance states I get one cleaning twice a year...I cant afford a peridont....so no cleanings or polishing for sheila..I know I need to change dentists and I hope to do it soon..

Same as everyone else. Went in for my scheduled cleaning only to be told they don't have me scheduled today or for anything ever. No apology, no courtesy. Just, we don't have any openings today. Office manager scheduled this appointment two weeks ago. Clearly they need to hire an EFFICIENT staff.
