Unbelievable poor experience. The front desk person was only able to focus on one thing and told me to sit until called. The X-ray tech was excellent and should be commended. The dentist was very quick, brusque and not compassionate at all. I have a congenital condition and see a dentist every 3 months. We just moved and thought I might try this. I had a cleaning rescheduled due to the weather last month. It took 5 weeks to get a new cleaning appointment and when I showed up I was seen 1 hour after my appointment. A new "updated X-ray" was taken and I was put in a different area than the last time I had a cleaning. I should have known something was up at that point. I waited and waited again. I had a consult from the Aspen dental in York on Carlisle. Which we both really loved! The staff and dentist was super nice! Fast forward to having to get the Debra procedure at the Aspen dental in York on Concord Rd yesterday. Had the appointment scheduled for 2pm and didn't get called back until almost 2:50. Now I understand there could be unforeseen circumstances that happen but not one person even acknowledged us. The front desk person couldn't have been more unfriendly. My son and I went for our 1St visit, didn't realize it would only be X-ray and exam, no cleaning, have to reschedule for that. We were there early but didn't even see someone at the front desk until 15 minutes after our appointment time. I need a lot of work done and had to give them 60% before they started treatment. These people are RUDE. I was asked to arrive 15-20 minutes early to fill out paperwork for my appointment, which I did, yet no one acknowledged me until 15 minutes AFTER my appointment. I then proceeded to express my concern with timing as I had to pick my son up from school. The women at the front desk was so rude that I left. I'd prefer to give my money to a practice that understands and values the time of their customers.

My first visit to aspen dental will be my last. I am truly thankful it was just for a free consultation because if I would have paid for the appointment I would have been very upset. The dentist seemed like she had very little knowledge on how to even do an examination. I was looking to get a second opinion and hopefully lower cost for two crowns I need. I went there due to cost. The lower denture was wareable with many adjustments. They are making a second upper due to their problem in first one. My appointment was 8:30 am. I waited fifty minutes without anyone explaining. The doctor and techs never said a word after she gave me the upper to put in! The lab never bothered to grind down the gum to normal level! I could not even get them in my mouth! Finally, very angry, I asked a passing tech what was going on and was told he was running late. I LEFT! This was a horrible exp... read more

Broken tooth on Saturday morning and was able to get an appointment that afternoon, my usual dentist is not open on the weekends. Staff was friendly and professional. All I needed was a temporary filling and a crown in my near future.

I have had 5 visits for my partials. My lower still does not fit correctly it constantly rocks and causes sore spots on my lower gum line. The upper partial is still not correct after 3 new attempts. The first partial was not correct so another impression was made then the next 2 wire frames did not fit.
