The worst service I have received. My appointment was at 5:00 p.m. and they waited until closing the office to tell me they could not attend, they give me another appointment and when I go I report that they change coverage and after they give me the service they tell me they do not accept it.

Had an appointment scheduled at 11AM for a periodic cleaning. By 12:20, I had still not been seen by the hygienist and was informed my wait would be at least 10 more minutes before she was available. After complaining about the incredibly long wait for a scheduled appointment, Dr Popernack, the dentist, commented to me that it wasn’t a “drive through dental office.” Needless to say, I left without my cleaning and have moved on to a new dentist! At 2:40pm on 9/6/18 I phoned Aspen for an urgent appointment for my 5 year old who was having tooth pain for 3 days prior. I was told the Lancaster office could see him at 3:00 pm. After 15 minutes on the phone, I was given the address. I said I could be there in 10 minutes or so and was told that if I couldn't get there by 3:00 (it was currently 2:57) we couldn't be seen. The front office staff very nice, the x-ray technician extremely friendly. The dentist himself no personality didnt say very much took a quick 5 second look of the teeth they sent me back out to the desk for a financial report. I find them $1, 500 more expensive than Complete Dental of York

I don't even want to give one star. I am not giving a review, just telling everyone never ever go there. Not going to waste my time typing. Just sad what they are doing and getting away with.😡😰😩

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. This company is full of crooks. My story is this. A month ago I went in for an exam for a tooth that needed to be extracted. After the dental exam to determine the correct tooth that need surgery they drew an estimate of almost $700 (which is 60% of the total up front!) I didn’t have the cash on me at the time and my dental insurance was almost maxed out for the year for what they would cover. I have been to other dentist around the USA and I had the bad decision to go toAspen Dental . Got there before time scheduled and staff took more than an hour to call my wife and I. In other places you get full service the same day and much cheaper with great service. Here they are too slow and will overcharge you plus make you loose time rescheduling you. I am just waiting the surprise bill that may arrive anytime now.

Not a good place. Appt cancelled. When rescheduled the were late getting me in. When I left they want to pull out old fillings and replace with crown to the time of 10000K. Unbelievable. This is really just a mill to sell products and services.

I’m really angry and upset all at once with my experience. First I was told I had to pay upfront for some fillings which none of my other dentist offices have ever made me do that and multiple people told me that doesn’t sound right. I was told I needed fillings redone to get rid of the staining. Well here I am, about two hours after my appointment and my fillings look the exact same if not worse. And I paid $170!!! I am very unsatisfied.
