I would recommend, but have one complaint!!! The cleaning of my teeth was incomplete. When she finished, I should have said something than??? Not sure why I didn’t??? The hygienist didn’t clean the back teeth. Or floss them. She also didn’t floss under my bridge!!! Satisfied with everything else.

I have always HATED going to the Dentist and not having insurance stopped me from going. However, from the second I walked into this location I felt comfortable and any questions I had were easily answered! I got some not-so great news but they helped me through it and guided me in the right direction. The staff was so friendly and I spent the entire time laughing and chatting with all of them. If you are afraid of the dentist, checkout Aspen Dental in Ypsi!!

They were the BEST dentist I have every been to from the appointment to removing 4 teeth. I was very scared and cried they had such compassion they cried with me. They took extra care with me to make sure I was comfortable and didn't feel anything after my shots. THANKS I look forward to getting the rest of my work done here soon.

Staff was very friendly and professional will further update when my whole process is completed.
I am so terrified of needles and the moment i step into the building i felt this welcoming from the receptionist at the front so i figured everything will be ok then when it was my time to see the dentist they were so nice the hygienist came in and talk to me i told her my fear and she assured me that i would not feel any pain and she was right she was so gentle and she did a good job on the right side of my teeth, and i am looking forward for my next appointment to do the next side.Good job Aspen Dental 😍
From the moment I arrived till I left with a scheduled followup visit I had very positive experience. Even though the doc and hygienist both tried multiple times to numb the area, and failed to do so, I still left with a smile on my face prepared for my next visit.
