Everything went smooth, although my first visit so mostly just talking about what comes next everyone was efficient, x rays went smoothly, the whole staff was very polite. The whole visit from beginning to end went as fast as possible. I will be coming back for my oral surgery and future cleanings. My prob is getting into the office when i scheduel my appointments, I am thr biggest baby EVER when it comes to seeing the dentist. I am so very happy with my full dentures and the overall experience with the crew at Aspen Dental that I am writing my first ever Yelp review about them. There are two magicians/artists that say they are dentists. One is Dr. Lucas who did my teeth extraction with such speed and finesse that I hugged her when it was over. The other is Dr. Sharma who fitted my final dentures. Her attention to detail regarding my smile and bite was phenomenal. Dr. LP went to the school of dentistry at Michigan State University. Great interface with patients, engaging, good communicator. She is a "floater" meaning she works at various Aspen Dental locations based upon demand. I know Aspen Dental gets quite a few negative comments on reviews at their various locations, for quality of work, scheduling and prices, as this is a franchise. I had to get upper dentures I went on CareCredit to pay for it I had to go three times and get adjustments because it was so painful and then lo and behold 6 months later I get a bill for $298. I'm working with my Medicare advantage person with about this but I'm also making monthly payments so that I can actually get my real dentures not just keep my temporaries however Aspen dental doesn't allow that even though I am making a monthly payment on something that I don't think that I owe and now I have to stay with temporary ... read more
