Everything went smooth, although my first visit so mostly just talking about what comes next everyone was efficient, x rays went smoothly, the whole staff was very polite. The whole visit from beginning to end went as fast as possible. I will be coming back for my oral surgery and future cleanings. My prob is getting into the office when i scheduel my appointments, I am thr biggest baby EVER when it comes to seeing the dentist. I am so very happy with my full dentures and the overall experience with the crew at Aspen Dental that I am writing my first ever Yelp review about them. There are two magicians/artists that say they are dentists. One is Dr. Lucas who did my teeth extraction with such speed and finesse that I hugged her when it was over. The other is Dr. Sharma who fitted my final dentures. Her attention to detail regarding my smile and bite was phenomenal. Dr. LP went to the school of dentistry at Michigan State University. Great interface with patients, engaging, good communicator. She is a "floater" meaning she works at various Aspen Dental locations based upon demand. I know Aspen Dental gets quite a few negative comments on reviews at their various locations, for quality of work, scheduling and prices, as this is a franchise. One star is too much for Aspen. Run away from this place. The staff is incompetent, unprepared, and inexperienced, and the secretary was racist, treating me rudely and sometimes ignoring me and leaving me waiting. I finally complained about how different her treatment was from how I saw her treating others. More than a year ago, I needed a root canal. By far the worst dental clinic, I've ever been to. I have a case of extreme bruxism. I went in for a dental emergency. When the dentist told me to open my mouth, she gasped and held her hand over her own mouth. Then she said "Oh my God, I have never seen an adult with such tiny teeth! " I felt like a circus freak at that point. I we're totally humiliated and never went back there again. Stay away, find a different dentist!
