Hi, a dentist that actually cares about a human being and has ability to communicate and understand why somebody got to a certain point rather than having a judgment almost infantile response literally the worst dentist ever I've had maybe 15 in my entire life and no one has been as disagreeable.
I went to them was told I had major gum, disease plus many other outrageous things. Went for a second opinion at Enspire and was told I only had a couple of cavities and no gum disease. I was quoted for many things I did not need at Aspen.

No rating. if you want to learn to talk in circles talk to the office. absolutely no communication. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and NO, no one reached out to me. Give me a break. They are a joke. they are not real dentists or professional at all. Talking, and taking and talking is all they do. No clarification or communication. No pain meds, gas or numbing in my experience. I broke a tooth and needed it fixed. After. 3+ hour appointment they told me it was going to be $6k but I could sign up for their credit program (loan) for $2k to help. Well I got the work done cheaper elsewhere and cancelled my appointment and my loan to find out they had already charged the surgery that i didn't have, to my loan. I went in for a severe toothache and nothing more. They advertise a free first exam. Upon arriving they said I would be getting my whole mouth exam free. i said I didn't need the whole process and just the one tooth was told I would have to pay MORE for declining all the services. If I chose to just have one tooth examined I wouldn't get the advertised free first exam. I was informed it would take around 45 minutes and ended up taking nearly two hours. This place is a hustle. They are primarily interested in billing you for as many procedures as they can get away with. I contacted them to have a veneer glued back on. I was told that I should also have my teeth cleaned. Upon arrival I repeatedly asked to postpone the cleaning until January so that my insurance would cover part of the cost. I will never go to Aspen Dental again. I took my mother (who was in her 70s) to get a partial. The partial was not a perfect fit and it needed aligning. Whenever we show up to get it re-aligned, the dentist showed her impatience and an attitude. So I stopped going there. Two years later, they actually contacted me asking if I will schedule an appointment. I was thinking, "Are you s*itting me?"
I went to Aspen Dental because I had a terrible toothache. My regular dentist was on vacation. I called them telling about my problem and they assured me that they could help me but all they did was give me an exam and a treatment plan. When I asked all I wanted was for the dentist to give me a prescription for pain killers They smiled and said we can't do that. So after 45 miniutes and still in pain , I left never to return.

Aspen Dental was close to home and on my new insurance provider list. My wife and I went in for an exam. i went later and sat with the associate who handles their financial plans. He reviewed everything the dentist wrote in the treatment plan and gave me a price. I have never paid for dental work up front before. The bill was outrageous. I should have left then, but I paid it.
