One star is too much for Aspen. Run away from this place. The staff is incompetent, unprepared, and inexperienced, and the secretary was racist, treating me rudely and sometimes ignoring me and leaving me waiting. I finally complained about how different her treatment was from how I saw her treating others. More than a year ago, I needed a root canal. By far the worst dental clinic, I've ever been to. I have a case of extreme bruxism. I went in for a dental emergency. When the dentist told me to open my mouth, she gasped and held her hand over her own mouth. Then she said "Oh my God, I have never seen an adult with such tiny teeth! " I felt like a circus freak at that point. I we're totally humiliated and never went back there again. Stay away, find a different dentist!

They suck, absolutely stay away. To replace a cap that became loose they tried to charge me for an X-ray which was totally unnecessary. Like going to a dishonest mechanic.

This place is an actual joke. The dentist "did an exam" and suggested I extract almost all my teeth and get implants (or dentures) I AM 32. They never called back with a quote or a plan or anything. The staff (the manager specifically and his minon trundling around behind him are literal jerks.) unprofessional unhappy people

Hi, a dentist that actually cares about a human being and has ability to communicate and understand why somebody got to a certain point rather than having a judgment almost infantile response literally the worst dentist ever I've had maybe 15 in my entire life and no one has been as disagreeable.

I went to them was told I had major gum, disease plus many other outrageous things. Went for a second opinion at Enspire and was told I only had a couple of cavities and no gum disease. I was quoted for many things I did not need at Aspen.

No rating. if you want to learn to talk in circles talk to the office. absolutely no communication. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and NO, no one reached out to me. Give me a break. They are a joke. they are not real dentists or professional at all. Talking, and taking and talking is all they do. No clarification or communication. No pain meds, gas or numbing in my experience. I broke a tooth and needed it fixed. After. 3+ hour appointment they told me it was going to be $6k but I could sign up for their credit program (loan) for $2k to help. Well I got the work done cheaper elsewhere and cancelled my appointment and my loan to find out they had already charged the surgery that i didn't have, to my loan. I went in for a severe toothache and nothing more. They advertise a free first exam. Upon arriving they said I would be getting my whole mouth exam free. i said I didn't need the whole process and just the one tooth was told I would have to pay MORE for declining all the services. If I chose to just have one tooth examined I wouldn't get the advertised free first exam. I was informed it would take around 45 minutes and ended up taking nearly two hours.
