My dad (75 years old) made an appointment here to get a teeth cleaning, after an hour and a half I picked him up from his appointment only to find out they didn't even do the cleaning he was supposed to have, and instead spent that entire time trying to talk him into $15,000 worth of dental work that he absolutely couldn't afford saying there was no way to salvage his teeth and trying to refer him to all kinds of specialists. RIP OFF! Not even a hello when I arrived--just told her my name and heard "ok it's going to be $200. Ummmnn you haven't even touched me yet? I walked out. They actually asked me to pay prior to doing my services. And WITH my dental insurance they thought I was dumb enough to pay $200 for a normal prophy, X-rays and a one surface teeny filling. $50 for a cancer screening (that is part of an exam) and $50 for fluoride. NO way. Never walk into this rip off.

This place is the McDonald's of dentist. My wife came here because we have no dental insurance and her tooth was absesed. Lot of pain. She then had 2 teeth pulled. Aspen Dental must have a NO PAIN MED POLICY because they wouldn't give her any. Told her to use over the counter pain meds, FOR 2 PULLED TEETH. If I could give a zero I would.
