Associated installed my heat pump about 5 years ago, they service it regularly, and their people have always been professional and competent. They take the time to answer questions, and it has been a very positive experience for me.
Amazingly efficient service, very fast same-day response, excellent repair job done quickly by a courteous & kind crew at a reasonable price. We're very happy & will not hesitate to call them again.

Associated replaced a ductless heat pump for us. Done quickly (4 hours) and works fine(2days). I have had three heat pumps installed and each time a representative of the business came out with in day or two to inspect, answer any questions and collect payment. Not so with Associated. Upon finishing the installation, the installer collected the payment and said to call if there were any questions. Otherwise I give them a full recommendation. I've read a lot of the reviews on here and have to say our experience with Associated has always been a good one. We've purchased two heat pumps from them over the years and have been pleased with the products, installations and service. The techs are always polite and knowledgeable, plus they leave the house clean and put together. The price we paid for our heat pumps was reasonable and competitive with other companies. i've used associated in the past for repairs for my hvac systems & considered them to be professional & knowledgeable. this summer my air conditioning went out, & my furnace was also in need of replacement. i had to wait awhile for the new installation, but considering the overwhelming rush of repairs due to the horrible heat wave, i felt they got to me in a reasonable amount of time. they did a great job, installing new units in 1 day & leaving my property w/brand spanking new units. i was very impressed w/their thoroughnes... read more
From the first phone call to the tech Jason who came out, I couldn't have for anything better. Polite, caring, efficient on the busiest day of a heat wave. Diagnosed quickly, fixed and reasonably priced. They will have my business from now on.
I think it was Max that came to work on my system. He was very efficient went right to work, identified that the system is there a cleaning because the filters have been clean like they should. Cost me some extra money to get a pressure washed out but it's all cleaned up will do better at cleaning filters. They're a good company is it was good service.
I am updating my review because I have had good experiences recently with this company. I purchased a new Daiken heat pump last November and the outdoor unit went out immediately following its first annual maintenance. The first repair tech Cody found 2 problems with the control panel and did not find all of the problems and ordered new parts, and there was a long delay, and my electric bill more then doubled by using space heaters.
