I am updating my review because I have had good experiences recently with this company. I purchased a new Daiken heat pump last November and the outdoor unit went out immediately following its first annual maintenance. The first repair tech Cody found 2 problems with the control panel and did not find all of the problems and ordered new parts, and there was a long delay, and my electric bill more then doubled by using space heaters. i have an appointment for next monday for a maintenance special, however, today my furnace stopped heating. called associated & they had a tech in my neighborhood who was able to come by w/i a short time. kevin checked out the furnace & thermostat control & had the needed part for the repair. i've had associated out in the past for maintenance, & find them to be very professional, reliable, reasonably priced, & their techs are very knowledgeable & respectful of property. i would recommend them highly to anyone needing hvac s... read more
Associated Heating installed our heat pump and gas water heater 5 years ago. We have had our annual maintenance done every year except last year it slipped through the cracks. We are diligent about changing the air filters and have no pets or children in the house. This year when they came and did the annual maintenance they found mold inside where the fan and motherboard are housed, inside our house. I had Associated Heating out to do a repair on our heating system when it stopped working in February. We didn't anticipate that we would get snow in February, nor did I plan for my furnace to stop working. I called their office and they promised to get someone out that SAME day! The tech came out, did the repair and I was thrilled. They quoted over the phone what the charge would be and then they quoted what the repair would be before they started work. very nice young man came out and told me he couldn't help me. I would never use this company again. I called priority one.
Associated Heating did work without pulling the required permits from the City of Eugene, which resulted in a substantial fine. This is basic stuff for a licensed company. I would not recommend them.

We take this feedback seriously. Associated Heating pulls permits for every installation we complete, as required by the City of Eugene or other local jurisdictions. We have no record of a job resulting in a fine for unpermitted work. I requested a sales person to reach out about adding a heat pump, that was 3 mins ago. The service guy was knowledgeable. But the stuff he cleaned with is still omitting a foul smell. I called to ask about it they never responded or no follow up Worst customer service I have ever come across. Will never use them again.
