From the first phone call to the tech Jason who came out, I couldn't have for anything better. Polite, caring, efficient on the busiest day of a heat wave. Diagnosed quickly, fixed and reasonably priced. They will have my business from now on.
I think it was Max that came to work on my system. He was very efficient went right to work, identified that the system is there a cleaning because the filters have been clean like they should. Cost me some extra money to get a pressure washed out but it's all cleaned up will do better at cleaning filters. They're a good company is it was good service.
I am updating my review because I have had good experiences recently with this company. I purchased a new Daiken heat pump last November and the outdoor unit went out immediately following its first annual maintenance. The first repair tech Cody found 2 problems with the control panel and did not find all of the problems and ordered new parts, and there was a long delay, and my electric bill more then doubled by using space heaters. Thank goodness a second repair tech Jesse came out and found additional problems and said the... read more
i have an appointment for next monday for a maintenance special, however, today my furnace stopped heating. called associated & they had a tech in my neighborhood who was able to come by w/i a short time. kevin checked out the furnace & thermostat control & had the needed part for the repair. i've had associated out in the past for maintenance, & find them to be very professional, reliable, reasonably priced, & their techs are very knowledgeable & respectful of property. i would recommend them highly to anyone needing hvac s... read more
Associated Heating installed our heat pump and gas water heater 5 years ago. We have had our annual maintenance done every year except last year it slipped through the cracks. We are diligent about changing the air filters and have no pets or children in the house. This year when they came and did the annual maintenance they found mold inside where the fan and motherboard are housed, inside our house. Of course, it was just over the 5 year mark and the maintenance plan had just expired. The technician, Jesse L was very knowl... read more
Associated is awesome! They installed the new heat pump quickly and cleaned everything up prior to leaving. Thank you Jason and team for everything!
They were thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Reasonable prices, experienced staff, very happy with the results of our maintenance service. Will definitely use them again.
I had Associated Heating out to do a repair on our heating system when it stopped working in February. We didn't anticipate that we would get snow in February, nor did I plan for my furnace to stop working. I called their office and they promised to get someone out that SAME day! The tech came out, did the repair and I was thrilled. They quoted over the phone what the charge would be and then they quoted what the repair would be before they started work. No surprises with them! I love an honest company that doesn't try and h... read more
Our AC unit went out on 8/7/26. We contacted Associated Heating who sent out a technician. He replaced a part and it worked for about 10-15 minutes, then stopped working. After running more tests, he informed us that we probably need a new AC unit since it was almost 15 years old and it was questionable whether it could be fixed. He then suggested that he could take out the part he installed and we would get a refund for that part since we had already paid him for the part/service call. We decided to purchase a new HVAC... read more
