They take very good care of the properties they are in charge of here at ***********. Fix what needs fixing in a very reasonable time as well. Sometimes it's hard to get a call back. But they answer email quickly.

Have had several things happen recently, fence repair, hot water heater replaced, and now a garage door problem. They have been very responsive and prompt. I have lived here for 4 years and plan to stay.
customer service is great. when we have a problem they are very responsive but i think they have to do something with snow removal trying to drive is hard when there is a lot of snow but overall we r very happy with the unit we live in

I originally left a 1 star review. They have taken the correct actions to correct any issues I may have had. I am now choosing to move back in after they have worked with me so much. They made the process quick and easy and I am looking forward to renting from them for the fourth year now!
