Personnel are friendly but don't know the properties well at all. Maintenance is slow, if at all, and not very good at what they do. Can't blame it all on the landlords.
At Home Real Estate has been wonderful to work with. I have been in one of their properties for one year now and have had zero issues with them. Over this bout of hot weather our air conditioning went out. I left a message on their repair's website on the 4th of July, which was a Friday, about 5pm. On Saturday morning there was an A/C Technician at my door. At Home had called out one of the most largely known Heating and Air companies in our area. Communication is amazing, very professional and polite! Property is well maintained and clean.
An absolutely great company to rent from. I've been with them for 5 years now and have never had any problems whatsoever. They've always been fair when raising the rent and anytime I've needed maintenance which has only been very few times. They were there the very next day and made sure the job was done and done right and above and beyond. Definitely recommend this company for anyone looking to rent

Great company! We've renting one of your properties for two years an have had a very positive experience, The rent includes a maintenance package that covers basic repairs, wich has been very helpful. Recently, our ** stopped working and it was repaired within a day and a half. We really appreciate the quick response and professional service.
