They do a nice job of staying on top of things. It’s very easy to pay your rent. Overall it’s been a real good experience.
At Home has been amazing and takes care of issues quickly. I'm very happy with everyone that I talk to at the office. I know people read bad reviews but there are good ones so communicate with your needs. I hope to rent from them for a long time because they have been great.
I have rented from a few companies over the years and at home is by far the best I’ve worked with. There have been a couple maintenance issues but they were resolved in a timely manner. Rental payments are extremely easy and fee free with the tenant portal. Rent prices are fair and they did not raise my rent this year which I am so thankful for. Overall great experience I will continue to rent from them until I am ready to buy.
I feel that At Home has been a great service for us. We have been promptly answered for our service needs and any questions have been answered quickly. They have provided excellent customer service and are easy to communicate with. I would recommend them.
My transition to At Home was a lease take over from a tenant that purchased a home. Jordan helped me with what needed to be done and walked me thru the entire process. It was a great experience. Travis, who takes care of the maintenance for At Home, stays in touch on the resident portal. You can log on and check status anytime. Maintenance is quick to respond and does a great job. Hope to be here for many years.
At Home is very good, responds to maintenance requests in a timely manner and we have had no problems since they took over our lease from Debco. We highly recommend them!
The staff is kind and friendly. They are always quick to fix any maintenance issues. Reasonable rent and deposit. Great company to rent from.
Worst company *** dealt with on renting. They want you to pay an outrageous amount in rent for crappy standard apartments. Not only that but they want you to pay a whole months rent weather your in it for a week or a day never have I felt with unsophisticated rich people that wanna s**** everyone over

Your August rent was prorated based on your move-in date, with the regular monthly rent due September 1. We also adjusted your move-in date to August 13 at your request to further reduce the prorated amount.
