They were very helpful in accommodating things due to us moving from out of state. They also adjusted things and worked with us regarding some miscommunications. They responded fast and kept us in the loop with everything going on!

They take very good care of the properties they are in charge of here at ***********. Fix what needs fixing in a very reasonable time as well. Sometimes it's hard to get a call back. But they answer email quickly.

Have had several things happen recently, fence repair, hot water heater replaced, and now a garage door problem. They have been very responsive and prompt. I have lived here for 4 years and plan to stay.
customer service is great. when we have a problem they are very responsive but i think they have to do something with snow removal trying to drive is hard when there is a lot of snow but overall we r very happy with the unit we live in
