I have rented from a few companies over the years and at home is by far the best I’ve worked with. There have been a couple maintenance issues but they were resolved in a timely manner. Rental payments are extremely easy and fee free with the tenant portal. Rent prices are fair and they did not raise my rent this year which I am so thankful for. Overall great experience I will continue to rent from them until I am ready to buy.

I feel that At Home has been a great service for us. We have been promptly answered for our service needs and any questions have been answered quickly. They have provided excellent customer service and are easy to communicate with. I would recommend them.

My transition to At Home was a lease take over from a tenant that purchased a home. Jordan helped me with what needed to be done and walked me thru the entire process. It was a great experience. Travis, who takes care of the maintenance for At Home, stays in touch on the resident portal. You can log on and check status anytime. Maintenance is quick to respond and does a great job. Hope to be here for many years.

At Home is very good, responds to maintenance requests in a timely manner and we have had no problems since they took over our lease from Debco. We highly recommend them!

The staff is kind and friendly. They are always quick to fix any maintenance issues. Reasonable rent and deposit. Great company to rent from.

This company is lousy at communicating. They hide details and nickel and dime you to death. When you ask them direct questions (if you can find a human to talk to) they ignore you or give you the run around.

Cant do no stars. But we got completely ripped off by them had our security deposit in and was on the way to pay the rest to get keys after already dropping another $1000 for other things they required I told ****** who I was working with about all of our animals but she claims we didnt and then just because my dogs gained weight they then became large dogs and were no longer approved when only one was over 50lbs. We got the deposit back but my family ended up without a home and have to pay out even more money to move somewh... read more

Came into home even though they did not schedule a meeting time. I was undressed and the servicer did not stop or leave or turn around he just kept talking to me while i was undressed and scrambling for a blanket to cover up.

****************. They will not fix anything. Even something like a new dishwasher took from April until November 18th. They wouldnt even give me one until I decided not to sign my lease. They are happy to take your money to upgrade your living space for the next people, but they will not maintain when you live there. I know people with roaches and roaches f**** painted over, my house had mold never adressed correctly in both bathrooms, both bedrooms, and living room. This resident reached out to us to give late notice where they wanted to give a 2-week notice to move instead of the required 30 day notice that they agreed to in the lease and is required in the state of ********. They were very unhappy that they were required to give proper notice. During that conversation, they gave us a list of maintenance items they were unhappy with.
