The staff is kind and friendly. They are always quick to fix any maintenance issues. Reasonable rent and deposit. Great company to rent from.

Came into home even though they did not schedule a meeting time. I was undressed and the servicer did not stop or leave or turn around he just kept talking to me while i was undressed and scrambling for a blanket to cover up.

****************. They will not fix anything. Even something like a new dishwasher took from April until November 18th. They wouldnt even give me one until I decided not to sign my lease. They are happy to take your money to upgrade your living space for the next people, but they will not maintain when you live there. I know people with roaches and roaches f**** painted over, my house had mold never adressed correctly in both bathrooms, both bedrooms, and living room. My rent continues to go up every year, and now Im being charged for a service that should be provided anyway. They now use a service called Piata and the only thing of value is they report on time rent payments to the credit bureaus to help build credit. But they should be doing that anyway instead of charging 20$ a month for it.

I've been in this rental for over 20 years. At Home Real Estate came along about 3 years ago and was hired by the owner because the previous management retired closing their doors. At first everything was fine until one day I called them to inform them that my rent payment might be a day or two late. I have a 4 day grace ****** and payment was electronically sent two days after it was due, before the grace ******. Since I've been here I have always paid on time, never late. My girlfriend and I are currently renting a house through AtHome Real Estate. In the 8 months weve lived at the property, air conditioning people have been over to the house on 10 different occasions. Were constantly having to wait for approval from the company or owner to deal with these heating and cooling issues. Outside of the various other issues, the most recent issue with our AC unit has left us in a 90 degree home. I have not rented in 35 yrs. I sold my house and the inspection fell through on the home I was going to buy. Having said that, I found myself renting. We signed a 6 month lease, as we knew we were only going to be short term renters. Our lease was up and we were going month to month, until we found a home.
