Josh and the whole team were great to work with! There was no typical "salesman" push. Just up front dealing. All of the employees I came in contact with throughout the process were very friendly and helpful.

Josh was great!!! We came into the dealership to try out the TTS. Josh was very excited to see us. He went through all of the features and was so enthusiastic about the thought of us buying it. After we left home he kept in contact with us with pictures of “our baby” to show it is waiting for us. When we decided to buy he was great getting us in and out with no hassle at all. By far the best experience I’ve had buying a car!!!

Great Experience I’ve bought enough cars to lose count. We’re on our 5th or 6th Audi now and the guys in Springfield always bend over backwards to make our experience as smooth and just as easy as possible. Josh has been great helping us with our last 3 cars. Cody the service manager is always very helpful and gives us a loaner when we come for service. I couldn’t ask for much more. Highly recommended!
4th Car, Consistent Customer Service We are on our 4th car in two years from this dealership. Josh at Audi has been my salesman helping with all 4 of these purchases. He always smiles when he sees me because he knows what’s about to happen.
