4th Car, Consistent Customer Service We are on our 4th car in two years from this dealership. Josh at Audi has been my salesman helping with all 4 of these purchases. He always smiles when he sees me because he knows what’s about to happen. Credit to this dealership for having a great team both sales and in service and making it easy for us to do our business locally.
EXCELLENT Customer Service I recently leased a Q8 from Audi. Josh was the first person I met and was great to work with from the very beginning. He was friendly, professional, and knew exactly what he was talking about. Excellent sales process and customer service from Joshua!! I had the best experience ever buying a new vehicle from Audi Springfield - Joshua Ford!
