I love my new Q5. I have been looking for the exact color combo I purchased. Catherine was so sweet and fun to work with. I didn’t plan on buying a car that day and my son owns a dealership. So for me to buy a car from someone else you know I love it and had a great experience. My husband is in the market for a truck and we will certainly use Catherine again

We’ve been in touch with Cat for a couple months to find my wife a vehicle. She had her heart set on a X5. Cat was able to show us a Q5 that had all the options my wife listed she “HAD to have” when we first met Cat. All the X5’s they had come in new or used were not in the price/mileage we wanted. I very much appreciate the ease of the buying process and even the efficiency of the service department. Derek Brown was my salesman and he was great to work with. After a few days I noticed something with my new Q7 that I was a little concerned about. I stopped by the dealership, the service manager met with me within minutes and resolved my issue promptly. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

The amount of professionalism, care, and time Cat put into helping me out is an experience I won’t forget and I will be back to work with her on my next purchase. She responded quickly whenever I called or texted and never kept me guessing on what was going on. I knew I wasn’t in the best spot to upgrade but she got me into the 23 A6. Derek and the team at Audi Springfield were great to work with. I live two hours away from the dealer. After purchasing my Audi, I was not able to pick it up the same day. Derek and team went out of their way and drove my car to my home and delivered it. They were fantastic to work with and I will be using them again next time I purchase a vehicle.
