We were on our way back home and had Audi issues. We called Audi Springfield and they said, “bring it in”, even though they were short 3 technicians. Cody, the Service Manager, upon our arrival immediately asked a service tech to take a look at our problem. He came up with a possible solution and said it might be two hours so he gave us a loaner car. He called us back in an hour and a half and had resolved our issue. 5-star customer service! Thanks, Cody!
Go see Sam Mccahon he has Good Deals. I have bought many vehicles with him both Audi and BMW new and used! Five Stars every time!
Sam McCahon is the bomb!! Worked with Sam for my first car purchase . Sam was very helpful, not pushy, had exceptional product knowledge of my car, and made my overall purchase experience super positive and not stressful at all! I highly recommend working with him if you are looking for a new Audi!

My first experience with reliable was perfect! I really didn’t plan on buying a new car until next month. I ran into Josh on the car lot and he made the experience so easy from start to finish trading in my jeep for my new car & I couldn’t be happier.
