We were on our way back home and had Audi issues. We called Audi Springfield and they said, “bring it in”, even though they were short 3 technicians. Cody, the Service Manager, upon our arrival immediately asked a service tech to take a look at our problem. He came up with a possible solution and said it might be two hours so he gave us a loaner car. He called us back in an hour and a half and had resolved our issue. 5-star customer service!
