Sam was wonderful and helped find the perfect car for my daughter! He was knowledgeable, kind, and very transparent for the whole process. If you ever plan on getting an Audi ask for Sam Mickel!

We absolutely loved Sam. He took us on a test drive and we loved his personality. Very funny and we got to here about his Dog Snickers. We love dogs also. If you are going to Audi of Springfield talk to Sam and he will treat you with kindness and support. 5-Stars!

Cat was great with helping my dad with his SQ8. They did the deal over the phone and we drove up. The dealership was beautiful and they were very kind and respected our time since we drove there to pick it up and right back

I was looking for a special 2025 Audi A6 for 4 months. All across the country. Being on the East Coast I was using dealerships there. It wasn't until Adam Clair, Sales Mgr in Springfield Audi called me about the car. We negotiated a good deal. He was very helpful in working with me. If one doesn't mine buying a car site unseen this is the operation to work with. The car was delivered to my home 2 days before Christmas.
