Offered me more expensive loan than current Keep in mind, I’m current on my auto loan, just have a fairly high rate, and I was exploring refinancing options, and I am not in financial distress, this was ONLY to try to save money on interest. Scam alert SCAM alert! They took a deposit from me and will not return it. Advertised one rate, pre approved for another then gave deposit and they tried to raise the rate after collecting deposit. I cancelled and asked for a refund and they are ghosting me. $600 loss/theft
I’d give 0 starts if I could. Applied Aug 20th. Several non returned calls from my customer service person named Rebecca. Finally around first week of sept she called and was approved and went over the loan terms. Got the paperwork. Made special arrangements to get it back to her ASAP including my title. Sept 17th she calls and said my application was EXPIRED and needed permission for another hard pull. Stupidly I said yes….never heard from her again. Not the best I've dealt with They don't even come close to what they offer. On Credit Karma it said my APR would go down to a 8.7% interest and when I put in an application they come back at 16% interest almost double my loan life . And not even saving $100 a month on my payments
Absolute Joke Advertised that they could refi my vehicle at 4.94% from my 7% rate, only to offer me 6.8, after I refused they lowered it to 6.3.. absolute joke, benefits do not outweigh the cost. 10/10 do not recommend. Jessica was polite and kind, I hope she finds a more reliable company to work for.
Not So Much! It’s seemed like a scam or at the very least a bait and switch. Offered us a refinance rate on our TRD 4Runner Pro that was approved for 5.79APR. Then a few calls later and a ridiculous new rate and shady fees attached. We expected some loan fees but this was bad. We have good credit. Have a well above average income… again, felt like a scam to me and even my wife. We declined and stopped the process. Not today Autopay. We work to hard for our money and like to make better choices.
Misleading DONT USE The details to refinance my vehicle was provided correctly from start to finish only to be denied even with a decent credit score and upfront information. Misleading statements from this company related to approvals and savings are false save yourself om a hard inquiry. Comes off more like phishing overall.
