Great customer service. This was my first time refinancing anything, and Brian made it really easy to understand and walked me through everything. He was persistent when I was unresponsive (which is often) and made things smooth and answered all my questions.
Glad I called. Craig Tierney was an incredible loan consultant to work with!! He went above and beyond with his customer service and made my experience nothing less than the best. He was so easy and pleasant to work with. He listened to exactly what I was asking for and completely delivered..and not to mention, the benefits of refinancing with autopay were better than I had initially expected.

Excellent and Easy. I just refinanced with Autopay and had a wonderful experience. I wasn’t sure when I started that I could get funded but Sandra worked for me right from the start and got it done. She stayed in contact with me during the whole entire process. She was always polite and understanding especially during the time I had 3 deaths in the same week. She kept working hard daily. I am so happy I decided to go with them. Would recommend them to anyone.

Way better deal than I expected!!! The application process took about 3-4 days for me. Craig Call was extremely helpful throughout this process.He was always available when I needed him or had any questions. His level of kindness and professionalism was extraordinary. You can tell he really values his job and Customers. I have another car that I plan on refinancing soon and I know exactly who to call!!!
