DO NOT DO THIS!!!!!! SO, they give you a pre-qualified offer, hit your credit then find a lender. My pre-qualified offer was I would save $96 a month, 7% intrest and 2 months. I started the process, then I get an e-mail AFTER they hit my credit before I even spoke to anyone that I would have to put over $20,000 down on a $49000 loan. If I had the $20000 I would just pay it on the loan. THIS IS SUCH A SCAM CREDIT KARMA SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!!!!
Not good Offered 5.6 rate! They pull hard credit check and insult my truck and gives me a interest rate not even lower then 1 point don't recommend
Bait and Switch Liars Complete SCAMMERS! Both Credit Karma and Autopay should be sued again for their absolute bald face lying and shut down for good. The end result of trying to refinance was that they offered me a 10.1%APR which is a point higher than my existing rate. Look at the photos attached and you will see the truth in that they are both BAIT and SWITCH companies that already paid for one class action suit for the exact same practices!!!!!!
Nothing can be trusted anymore! Autopay is not to be trusted! A simple google search will yield you better choices to refinance your car loan. Autopay will charge you 600$ to find you a lender and not tell you this upfront. You can find a lender yourself don’t be a sucker. Credit karma is not not offering you the best choices available either there must be money in it for them on the backend.

Pushy sales tactics and bait and switch Was told 4.9% apr on credit karma and ended up offering me over 6% AND the aggressive sales person would not stop going on about adding GAP insurance and trying to upsell me extended warranty and other crap and sending me monthly rates with all this extra crap added on Instead of what I asked for. I didn't sign up to be bombarded with different offers and a higher APR. False advertisement They will put multiple hard checks on your credit, and what they offer is nowhere near what you see on Credit Karma.
AutoPay Refinance Loan process- Recommended by CK Applied through Credit Karma because of my approval rating, got approved and was receiving texts and emails regarding status then I was asked to submit Documentation. Forwarded my documentation and then the communication stopped. I heard nothing else, so I called and then was told that I needed to pay then $10k because my car is worth less than what I owe. Just awful Customer experience. Awful. Worse customer service I've ever had with a lender and I'm 861 years old, lots of loans. Asaad, where somewhat professional, completely inept. Awful experience. Won't use autopay ever again.
