Falls approval Credit Karma shows offers, Auotpay shows approved. Representatives say no luck cannot help! ?
Deceitful Business Practice Autopay uses what I believe is a very deceptive practice. Over a period of three years, they pulled my credit several times after showing me attractive refinance rates between 4.0% and 5.2%. My current Subaru loan is 6.59%, so those offers appeared better and encouraged me to apply. But after checking my credit, they did not stand by the original rates they advertised. Incorrect/false information They contacted me so many times over the phone. I told them I work a lot and they should go with email offer and to speed process up. Than after many messages to them theynsend me incorrect offer with higher APR and totally nonsense from something what was offered to credit carma. Do not going to do business with them

BAIT AND SWITCH Completely misleading. Bait and switch tactic. Do not use this company.
Bait and switch rates and company Based on what I saw on credit karma, this is not a good place to do business. First they do a hard pull of credit, they don't lend the money. Then they decide who else they are going to pull in and pull your credit. Offer isn't real until your credit has been hit multiple times. This will hurt your credit. No good, stay away.
Lousy They tell you you’re approved and then ask you to run your credit hard where in affect your credit and then they say we have to call to get a pay off and then they say you’re gonna need $9000 down on a refinance when they should’ve asked you that before they said you’re approved and when your credit they have it all backwards they should’ve done all that before running your credit and then if you get approved and you wanna do it then they run your credit not happy not interested. Keep where I’m at.
Low life outfit Decided not to do business with these folks, I have a credit rating of over 800, they advertised a rate of 6.95 or so, I have a auto loan a couple points higher, so I thought I would look into it. The fellow I talked said there would be no hard credit check unless I decided to do it. NOT TRUE not sure how they did it but they run a check with out me saying yes, getting the rate out of them was like pulling teeth, when I finally did get it, it was no better than the rate I have.
Dont Hurt your Credit Score Fake.....said they could lower payment....checked credit and which is in the 700's...then said give us $9000.....we will lower it...ha..right.
