Terrible I am currently selling my truck to a private party that used Autopay for financing. Autopay told us a week to 10 days. Three weeks later, it will take another 14 days for the buyer to get the truck. That's (5) weeks from deal inception to title delivery. Why? Because Autopay sent a paper check to pay off what was left on my loan. They had wire instructions for my lender, and even sent me a wire payment for my part.
Can’t event get into contact with this company after receiving an email to call them to discuss further information regarding my inquiry for an auto refinance. Called once, after waiting on hold the phone was answered to no one talking to me but me listening to a conversation other people were having. Called back again to wait on hold and then finally when it seemed like someone was going to pick up, I was hung up on. I dont even think this company is real.. I call and somone in a foreign language answers then hangs up
and was approved low-balled then countered with rates that were not worth changing for - and not done in the timeframes that they committed to over text and email. Then they seemed offended that I asked about the approval rates and the discrepancy and said they would decline. Poor business practices overall.

Horrible experience The only reason I kept up with this company is because their application process made a hardinquiryto my Credit which droped me 15-20 points, NOT worth it at all! I applied to to this institution thinking it was going to be great due to the reviews, absolutley wrong. The application process was smooth, someone called me to finish up what I had started. Stay AWAY Bad company.... been trying to write my long review from last night and have not been able to say what I want. Bottom line is the do not give you correct information and do not go with them. They lie for one and then give you false hope. I really believe its a scam!
Auto finance reseller / data-broker They are an automotive finance data-broker: they take your application and submit (resell) to participating banks. They pocket the difference between what they quote you and what you pay; they dont have the banking to service your loan...
False advertised a lower payment Advertised based on my credit info that my payment would be lowered by almost $100. Once I completed and submitted all my info, all offers presented were well above my current payment. Ads are just fishing for contact info.
