Terrible I considered this company for a refi loan. This was a mistake. They said good news we can lower your monthly payment. They did not mention that would extend my loan 14 months and I would end up paying more for their loan then the existing loan. Any lender that would willingly place a borrower in a more expensive loan just so they can make a few bucks off of the borrower is a scammer and should not be in business. STAY AWAY!
Dont apply based on my experirence, I would advise to not apply. They run your credit with banks i never heard of. The process took way longer for me and once i got someone to talk to me finally after almost a week. They offered me a apr that was higher than my current apr and wanted a deposit. No thanks. I just bought a trailer for 7000 and got it at 18 months same as cash through synchrony. Slow and Rates NOT as advertised Rates are not anything near as advertised - just to sucker you in. Then loan Rep took forever to get his act together. Said would send this and send that and would take days each time. Promised to send names for notaries in my area - Nope never did and I finally started and searched on my own, which caused useless delay again - why say things you are not going to do? They state that they will do a 'soft' inquiry first to determine whether or not it would be a waste of your time... well... that's simply not true. Contacted these clowns.... got rejected... and was then notified that I had a newly reported 'hard' inquiry. Needless to say I feel the can ....
Wasted a week I applied to refinance my motorcycle loan. I disclosed that it was a motorcycle loan at the beginning. Then after completing the application I received a text telling me to call back because information was missing from my application. I called back to be informed that they needed my income, vehice information and personal details again because somehow they hadn't saved it the first time. I provided this all for a second time. Horrible Customer Service Experience I was left a voicemail by Brandon to call him back. I tried the exact number he left and it came up as not in service. I called the 800 number at the bottom of my email and got Burt/Bert. He gave me a list of verifying information I had to give and since I was multitasking at home working, I asked him what else he needed besides my name? Never contacted me after application Seems a bit scamy
Skip these people at all cost They messed up a simple refinance. Didnt get the payoff correct from original company. I ended up with late payments, threats, a repo letter, late payments from new company, just a whole huge mess. Credit dropped 61 points. After a battle with the 2 finance companies & the BBB, my credit has been restored but at a lower 10 points than before all this. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS, I CANT STRESS THIS ENOUGH.
