Worst ever.. Do not use. Rip off. They are not what they say they are.
Does not explain appropriately They tell you one thing do another and send you in a circle. I had to fight with both them and affinity as I cancelled the gap insurance that was "recommended" within 30 days, it took 3 months and put me in a bind. My car went from owing 7200 to owing 7990?!?! And another year added on with "lower" interest...no the interest is lower but my payments are for another year??? No way!
No response to my refinance application I applied thru CreditKarma's offer for my vehicle to refinance. After completion of my online application, I immediately received a call from them requesting a few more bits of information regarding features on my vehicle. Based on the emails I received shortly thereafter, I was told that most applications receive answers within a few hours. Shady business practices!. I never write reviews but after this experience, I've taken the time out of my busy day to write one. I applied for auto refinacing due to being at good odds with approval from credit karma. I applied and got the generic message that someone will be in touch and they are working "hard" on my approval documents. Multiple unwanted credit inquiries!!!. Only use if you want multiple inquiries dragging down your score. Pretty sad that Credit Karma endorses these crooks. Save yourself some frustration and check with your local credit unions.
NOT AS DESCRIBED!!!!. This company is basically a loan broker! We applied through Credit Karma, which we thought was actually going to lower our rate and term, according to the information we were provided. Instead, this request put 4 pulls on my credit! Then the actual rate they approved us for was 6 months LONGER than our current term and .20% less than our current rate! That's NOT a deal. With a credit score of 700 - they could do way better than this! Very disappointing! DO NOT RECOMMEND as it is NOT as advertised!
Horrid, and absolutely disappointing.. This place literally does not care if you can’t figure the online process out. They kept clicking on me everytime I tried to apply, and the online website kept giving me trouble with an error message. If you are looking to apply to a new refinance loan, don’t go here. They are without a doubt the worst.
