Horrible customer service.. So glad I had to call the customer service before completely submitting the application. I was able to see the horrible (and that’s an understatement) customer service they have. I can’t imahine having a loan with them and having to deal with that type of extremely unprofessional people they have managing their calls. Scam I started applying and the company offered a rate no where near what CreditKarma advertised. If this review is pulled, it is becuase CreditKarma is a scam site that doesn't deserve your time.
They don’t find your loan. Another does When you apply they use other requirements from other lenders within your area to get your approved. They have no control over the approval it’s all based off other financial institutions requirements. The process is not controlled by them. So you can be easily denied because they have no control .
BEWARE!!!. I was told that I HAD to purchase the extended warrently due to refinancing my vehicle, WRONG! When I questioned the rep he backtracked on his original statement. Interest rate sounded great until I asked what the total balance would be over the course of the loan - Over $10,000 in interest! Do yourself a favor and RUN! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
Refinanced Car Absolutely avoid doing business with this company. I was very satisfied with the deal that I received originally. However, upon signing my contract, I noticed that they jacked up my APR rate higher than it was prior to refinancing the car, and my monthly payments were $60 more than what they said it would be. They're like dishonest car salesman I applied for a car refinance with these guys and everything was smooth at first. They told me they would refinance at a great rate and low monthly payment. When they sent the documents over, I couldn't access any of the document until it was time to sign them when one of their reps called, which gave me no time to review the terms. It’s all a LIE!!!. This company is all a LIE!! I was trying to refinance my car loan for the first time. And thank god! I didn’t do it! I went over the last paperwork Spenser had sent me through email. And guess what! He completely changed the apr and the amount of my monthly payments along with the total amount.
