Their SOFT INQUIRY is a HARD INQUIRY and 1st Their website is a hard inquiry trick - if they get your infor they will do a hard pull, and refuse to remove it. I am disputing directly with Experian about their scam practice. Their "soft inquiry" said I would save 14% ~ but the left a phone message saying 4% - not worth the hassle, or lies about the "no harm to credit score" - it is a trick, please find another company if you want an auto refi.
Fake misleading broker NOT lender Be aware these people are BROKER NOT lender and every thing advertised here is missleading !!
Lied about inquiry It said one of the pros for this company on Credit Karma is that getting rates won't affect your credit score and that was a BIG FAT LIE. They do a hard inquiry to give you rates. If a company lies from the start I have no interest in actually getting into a contract with them. Shameful.
Was approved for a great refinance loan and had signed all the contracts. The day after signing the contracts, they called to let me know they no longer did loans with that bank so the offer was off the table even though everything has been signed. Instead they offered me a loan with a higher interest rate than I already had and with the same payment amount. Would not recommend going through them. Also was difficult getting ahold of the loan officers so process took a long time.
Promises not kept. Keep trying to get my original title back. But they keep trying to keep the hook in.
Terrible communication The application process was simple enough. Once the application was in the communication was just awful. I received an email saying that they either "Could not get a hold of me, or I had decided that their loan options were not ideal". I had not gotten any information at all so neither of these options made sense. I sent an email asking to clarify the situation, and all I got back was as generic letter saying they were denying me. Seriously? I was approved to have my car refinanced but they still wanted me to pay a downpayment of $3900.
Checking rates DOES affect credit Unfortunately this isnt made clear on their website,and credit karma led me to think this site would not pull a hard inquiry. They actually pulled multiple.
Worst decision I have ever made in my li It is a rip off!
